C.D.I. Systems broadens it alliances with Microsoft.

Jerusalem, Sep 3, 2007 - C.D.I. Systems Ltd. a developer of online publishing solutions,
has signed the Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Royalty License and
Distribution Agreement, allowing her to integrate Microsoft's license programs
bundled in her Unified Solutions.

C.D.I. Systems had already attained Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program,
recognizing the company expertise and impact in the technology marketplace as well as
the company high levels of customer service and experience. As the first
initiative, C.D.I. Systems plans to make its online publishing
platform - NetIS - available with Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
